CherryBlossomWarriors NFT – User Rights & License Agreement

This User Rights & License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to each non-fungible token (NFT) in the CherryBlossomWarriors* collection (also known as BlossomWarriors, BlossomWarriors NFT, or CBW NFT) and governs the rights granted to holders of these NFTs.

1. Ownership of the Artwork

The creator, Sakura Zuki, retains full and exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the artwork, characters, and storylines of the CherryBlossomWarriors project, including all illustrations and narrative content.

Purchasing a CBW NFT does not give you ownership of the intellectual property—it gives you ownership of a unique, tokenized certificate (NFT) that references the associated artwork.

2. License Grant

By holding a CBW NFT, you are granted a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Display the artwork associated with your NFT for personal, non-commercial use.

• Use the NFT as a profile picture, banner, or digital avatar.

• Resell or transfer your NFT to another party, along with this same license.

3. Commercial Use (Optional License)

Commercial use is not automatically granted. However, limited commercial rights (e.g., using your NFT in merchandise, monetized content, or derivative works) may be considered upon written request and express permission from the author.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the artwork or characters in connection with hate speech, racism, violence, pornography, political propaganda, or illegal activities.

• Modify, distort, or remix the artwork without permission.

• Use the CBW NFT or its imagery to imply association with any brand, person, or cause without approval.

5. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if:

• You are no longer the owner of the NFT.

• You breach the terms outlined in this agreement.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, specifically the Province of Quebec, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Updates

The author reserves the right to amend or update this license. Updates will be posted on the official website:
